Our Story
The idea for tiny home Espana was initiated by Caroline & Leon Haan in 2017. At that time, the rental situation on the island was and is dramatically an affordable new home for people with limited financial resources. A tiny house proved to be the answer by providing a high quality home for less than the cost of most cars. Due to the overwhelming response to our design, we began to sell our plans and a guide to help others who wanted to do it themselves. A short time later we started building our own small houses.
